To ensure a smooth transition, we'll upgrade our customers to Nimble Author in groups during the months following release. We're putting a process in place that will ensure your account is booked into a time slot. Your Customer Success Manager will work with you to find the slot that works best for you when it's time to do so.
We're doing this to ensure we continue to provide the high standard of service we know you expect from Nimble. As part of your upgrade you'll receive full training, full support and you'll have real experts at your side via web and phone.
