If you’re experiencing problems logging into your LMS, you might encounter a message that looks like the one below.
If you run into this, there's no need to panic. Just try the following:
- Make sure that you're not already logged into your LMS in another web browser, tab or from your mobile phone - you can only have one session open at a time. If you are logged in somewhere else, log out from there and try again.
- Double-check that you're using the correct username/email address and that you entered your password correctly. If you're not completely sure, it's super easy to reset your password by clicking the Forgotten your password? link at the bottom of the page.
