Introduction
In this article, we’re going to show you how to add resources to your course.
Top tips before you begin
- You can add PDFs up to 10MB in size.
- You can add external links and PDF files to your elearning courses.
- Don’t forget that if you link to pages outside of your course, there’s a risk that your learners might get distracted and browse off onto the web!
- If your pdf file is larger than 10MB, you will need to convert it to a smaller file size. There are free to use tools available online, if you search for 'pdf compressor'. Here are a couple of useful ones to try:
- https://www.ilovepdf.com/compress_pdf - offers a choice of different levels of compression
- Adobe also has a good one, but you need to sign in (e.g. with a google, adobe or social media account) to download the compressed files.
