How to export course assessment analytics

In this article, we’ll teach you how to easily export your learners’ assessment responses for a course. Doing this allows you to keep a record of all of your learners' course assessment results collated. This makes it super easy to retain any previous responses for your records, and should learners reattempt the assessment at a later time, you will have a history of their pervious answers.

Please note: if learners return to an assessment and resubmit their answers, their course assessment analytics will be replaced each time and previous answers are lost, as well as if assessment questions are amended and/or deleted at a later date, unless the analytics are exported first - see below.

Exporting course assessment analytics

To export course assessment analytics:

1. From the Nimble LMS home screen, click the Results button.

2. Click the  button.

3. Click the  button next to the course you’d like to view assessment analytics for.

4. Super - the course analytics page is displayed. If you’d like to view which learners gave which answers, simply click the [View learners] option next to the relevant answer.

5. To export the course assessment analytics simply click the button.
This will download a CSV spreadsheet file onto your device (stored where downloaded files are kept). Once opened you can see the collated answers for your learners to keep for your records.
