How to review learners' progress using the results matrix

In this article, we’ll teach you how to access the results matrix. When your learners complete their courses, their results are automatically recorded for you to review. The results matrix provides an effortless way of seeing how your learners are doing at a glance.

Accessing the results matrix

To access the Results Matrix:

1. From the LMS home page, click the Results button.

2. Click the  button.

3. All of your learners’ results are displayed using a simple traffic-light system.

• Courses in green are complete.
• Courses in orange are in progress.
• Courses in red haven’t been started.
• Courses in grey mean the learner is not enrolled on them

You can use the filters at the top of the page to narrow the results to just the learners you need to review.
