How to view a learner’s assessment analytics

Nimble LMS makes it easy for you to view your learners’ assessment data at both the macro and micro level. In this article, we’ll teach you how to see a learner’s individual assessment responses.

Please note: if learners return to an assessment and resubmit their answers, their assessment analytics will be replaced each time and previous answers lost, unless the analytics are exported first.

Viewing a learner's assessment analytics

To view a learner's assessment analytics:

1. From the Nimble LMS home screen, click the Results button.

2. Use the filters to find the learner that you’d like to view assessment data for and click the  button next to their results.

Important note: If the learner is enrolled on several courses, you’ll see multiple rows for them. Just click any of the buttons.

3. Click the  button next to the course you’d like to view the learner’s assessment results for.

Super – the learner’s assessment results will be displayed.
