How to theme the learner LMS

In this article, we’ll teach you how to change the appearance of your LMS for your learners. Taking the time to do this will help your elearning feel more personal for your learners.

Theming the learner LMS

To theme the learner LMS:

1. From the Nimble LMS home screen, click the  Settings button from the top left nav bar.

2. Click the Site tab.

3. In the Background section, click the  button to upload a background image. We recommend that you use an image that’s 1920 * 1080 and in JPG format, compressed so that it’s under 200KB in size.
4. In the Logo section, click the  button to upload your company’s logo. We recommend that you use an image that’s at least 60 pixels tall and wider than it is tall.
5. In the Colour section, select one of our pre-picked colours or enter your company’s main colour in hex format.

6. If you’d like your course list to have a title, pop it into the Title field.
7. If you’d like to display an introductory message when your learners first log in, fill it into the Learner introduction field.
8. If you’d like to display a message to your learners when they log out, fill it into the Learner logout field.

9. If you’d like to display a message to your learners above the list of courses, enter it into the Course list instructions.
10. Click the  button to save your changes.
