How to change the way your learners work through your course – Nimble Elearning

Introduction

In this article, we’re going to show you change the way your learners work through your course (the learner navigation).

There are three options you can set for how your learners work through your course:
- Sequential navigation flow – Learners must complete all pages, in the order they are presented and pass the assessment.
- Free navigational flow, all content required – Learners can complete pages in any order, but must complete all pages and pass the assessment to complete the course.
- Free navigational flow, only assessment required – Learners can complete pages in any order but don’t have to visit every page, or do anything other than complete the assessment to pass the course.

To change the way your learners work through your course (the learner navigation):

From the bar that runs down the left of the side menu, click the Settings button.
From the side menu, click Course settings.

From beneath the Learner navigation heading, choose the way you’d like your learners to work through your course.
