In this article we will teach you how to view learner(s) and course(s) survey analytics as a Client Administrator, if your account has Client Management enabled.
Client Management adds another level of permissions to your account, which allows you to separate your learners, on your site, into Client(s), or Department groups, and have site Administrators who can only access information and perform activities, for the learners and courses assigned specifically to them.
Viewing a learner’s survey analytics as a Client Administrator
As a Client Administrator, you can view a learner’s individual survey analytics:
- From the Nimble LMS home screen, click the Results button:
- Using the filters to find the learner that they’d like to view survey data for and clicking the
button next to their results.
Important note: If the learner is enrolled on several courses, they’ll see multiple rows for them. They just need to click any of the buttons:
- Click the
button next to the course they’d like to view the learner’s survey results for. Super – the learner’s survey results will be displayed:
Viewing course survey analytics as a Client Administrator
Doing this allows the Client Administrator to see, at a glance, all of their learners’ survey results collated. This makes it super easy to analyse the feedback that their learners have provided.
As a Client Administrator, to view course survey analytics:
1. From the Nimble LMS home screen, click the Results button:

button next to the course they’d like to view survey analytics for:
4. Super - the survey analytics page are displayed. If they’d like to view the free text answer learners gave, simply click the [export] option next to the relevant answer:
