Sometimes, you might need to disable a course. Perhaps you have learners enrolled onto your course but need to make a correction – disabling a course is a great way of preventing learners from accessing the course whilst you make your changes.
Please note: disabling a course will remove it from the learners course list (so not accessible for them) until the course is re-enabled, but learners will still be enrolled onto the course and their results will still be visible on the account, unless:
- Learners are unenrolled
- Course or learners are deleted
Disabling or re-enabling a course
You disable or re-enable your course via the course settings page. To access the course settings page:
- From the Nimble LMS home screen, click the Courses button.
- Locate the course you’d like to access the settings for and click the
button.
- From the Course status field, select:
- Offline – Your course will be inaccessible to any learners enrolled onto it.
- Live – Your course will be accessible to any learners enrolled onto it.
- Save your changes by clicking the
button at the bottom of the page.
