How to change the course completion criteria
You’ll want to adjust the completion criteria for your course depending upon your evidencing requirements and its structure. For example, if you’re building a course that doesn’t end with an assessment, you might want it to be considered as complete once a learner accesses all its pages.
Changing the course completion criteria
You edit the course completion criteria via the course settings page. To access the course settings page:
- From the Nimble LMS home screen, click the Courses button.
- Locate the course you’d like to access the settings for and click the
button.
- Click the Complete on and select:
- Passing Assessment – For the course to be considered complete, the learner must only pass the assessment and doesn’t have to access any other content if they don’t want to. Use this if all you need is to demonstrate is that learners can pass the assessment.
- 100% Progress – For the course to be considered complete, the learner must access all of the course content but doesn’t have to pass an assessment. Use this if you’re building a course that doesn’t end with an assessment.
