I created a SCORM package using Nimble. It doesn't work in my LMS! What should I do?

If you’ve created a SCORM package using Nimble Author, and you’re having problems using it in your own LMS, before contacting our technical team you should test it using SCORM Cloud. This will allow you to identify whether the problem is with the package or with your LMS provider.

SCORM Cloud is an industry standard tool developed by Rustici Software. It correctly implements and follows the SCORM standard. This means that a package that works in SCORM Cloud should work anywhere.

I’ve tested my SCORM package. It works in SCORM Cloud, but not in my own LMS! What should I do?

If your SCORM package works in SCORM Cloud but not in your own LMS, you should contact your LMS provider in the first instance and explain that:

• You have a SCORM package that doesn’t work in their LMS
• You’ve tested the SCORM package in SCORM Cloud and it works successfully
• You’d like assistance with getting the package working in their LMS

I’ve tested my SCORM package. It doesn’t work in SCORM Cloud or my own LMS! What should I do?
