How to add pop-up links to your text

Introduction

In this article, we’re going to show you how to add links to a text pop-up within your text.

Top tips before you begin

• You can add links to pop-ups to your text in the following places:
  • Body text
  • Feature text

Adding an pop-up link

To add a pop-up link:

1. Whilst editing your text, select the words that you’d like to add a hyperlink to

2. From the toolbar, click the Link () button
3. Select 'Link to a pop-up'. If the 'Link to external site' is already in use, you will need to remove this link first.
4. Type or paste the text that you’d like to appear in the popup.
   
   
   
   
5. Click the Okay button

How your learners interact with it

When a link is added to your text, the linked text is underlined. 

When your learner clicks the link, it’ll be opened in a pop-up panel.
