In this article, we’ll teach you how to enrol learners onto their courses using the enrolment wizard.
Enrolling learners onto courses using the enrolment wizard
To enrol learners onto courses:
- From the Nimble LMS home screen, click the Learners button.
- Click the Enrolments tab. The enrolments page shows all your course enrolments in one easily viewed place.
- Click the
button.
- Your courses are displayed, sorted by the folders that you’ve arranged them into within the Courses page. Tick the courses that you’d like to enrol your learners on and click the
button.
- Tick the learners that you’d like to enrol onto your courses and click the
button. You can easily find just the learners that you need by using the filters.
- A summary of the enrolments that you’re about to make will be displayed.
If you’d like your learners to receive an email letting them know they’ve been enrolled onto the courses, place ain the Send email checkbox. If you’ll send them an email using the email wizard later on, leave it empty.
- Review the changes you’re about to make and once you’re happy, click the
button. Super – you’ve enroled your learners onto their courses.
