How to delete learners

In this article, we’ll teach you how to delete learners from your LMS. When you delete a learner, their login and their results are removed permanently so be sure that the learner won’t need access anymore and that you’ve recorded any results you need to keep.

Deleting learners

To delete learners:

1. From the LMS home page, click the Learners button.

2. Click .
   
   
   
   
3. Use the filters to find the learners that you would like to delete.
4. Place ticks in the checkboxes next to the learners that you would like to delete and double check that you really do want to delete the learners.
5. Click the button.
6. Confirm that you would like to delete the learners by typing delete in the box and then clicking the  button. Super – you’ve deleted the learners.
