Nimble LMS does its best to help you avoid accidentally deleting a learner. To delete a learner, you must complete three steps, each of which provides the opportunity to cancel:
- You have to click the delete button.
- You have to type the word "delete".
- You have to confirm that you really do want to delete the learner.
Accidents do happen from time to time, and if:
- You are a Nimble customer with an annual license
- You've accidentally deleted a learner
We will do our best to restore it for you. Please be aware that for accidental deletions that happened more than three months ago, it may not be possible for us to recover the learner.
To request assistance in recovering an accidentally deleted learner:
- You should complete the accidental deletion form here. Please note that we cannot process your request if the form is not completed properly.
- Once completed, your form will automatically be sent to our Support team, who will escalate your request to our development team.
- Our Support team will respond to you to confirm that the request has been received and escalated.
- You will then receive a follow-up email to let you know the outcome of the restoration. In the majority of cases, this will be to confirm that the learner has been restored.
